Paidviewpoint Paid Sent me $15.00 but I haven't received it in my account for over 4 days now but

$15 dollars was paid into my PayPal account but am yet to receive it for over three days now. The money was sent from paidview point community

Nigeria PayPal accounts do not have ability to accept payments. Shopping online or sending money only.
