OR-PPLT-04 error on Google Play mobile .

Error above when ever trying to make purchase on google play with paypal. same error after i removed payment and trying to log back in on mobile. there is no option to add paypal on the browsers for pc and mobile. how to get around this?

Same thing started happening to me. No notice, no email warning. Ive been talking to PayPal for over a week now, with a million different possibilities. Today's was its a system safety check and can not be overrided or stopped. This is INSANE

So silly. Hopefully we get a fix soon then unless there is some secret way to get around it but it doesnt seem like anythign has worked on my end, done about bent over n sideways looking for ways to fix. currently waiting for support ... will see how that goes LOL

wow just wow, talk about the most incompetent customer support i have ever dealt with. Talk about pathetic, my god. They cant even stay with me after they send a response message. Send one message response to me ... wait an hour ... send response .... wait two hours ... send response ... wait 11HOURS ... send the most generic response they could give about how they cant do anything for google play after i literally tould them there is supposedly something wrong with MY PAYPAL account.
