Hello,
as I say in the title, whenever I try to send money from paypal to my bank account, it wants to "confirm it's me" by sending me the code to my mobile. But after I type in the code, I get redirected where I was and when I continue, I again get the message, that I shell confirm its me. So I am not able to transfer money to my bank account some weeks now.
Can anybody help?
Thanks!

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.

Hello and thanks for the reply. I am in Greece. Sending money works, but transferring it to my bank account keeps me in the "confirm its you" loop. When I tried via the app it worked. But I dont want to use the app.

Hello @Danäe,
Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some road-blocks with that Security Check. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache cookies, and history yet? I would start there. After that, you may want to reach out to our Support Teams for further assistance.
Best wishes!

I'm from Belgium and I have the exact same problem!!!
Stuck in an endless loop, I even tried smaller ammounts but nothing works.
Never an error, it always says identity is confirmed after i entered the sms code correctly.
Was it solved for you?
I suppose they have a general issue in europe with IBAN bank transfers?

I also tried via the app:
The strange thing here is that when I login I get an sms code to login.
But for wiring the transfer there is no sms comming in.
I tried logging out and logging in the app, again with the same result:
I get an sms to login, but not an sms to confirm my withdrawel
Is paypal not allowing us to withdraw on purpose, or is this a bug?

I have the same problem in the Czech Republic. Did you solve it already? It has been the same for at least a month now.
