Hello I recently made a PayPal account I’m from Trinidad but I’m having problems receiving money when I send my family my PayPal email it’s telling me that the payment can’t be sent due to regulations what may be the cause of that I need help please thanks
It sounds like your family may be trying to send a family and friends payment from a country that may not have this option. Not all countries have the option to send these types of payments. Please see here for the list of countries that are not support.
