Once a paypal debt has been past to a debt collection company then normally you pay that company who will pass it on to paypal.

What should I do now? Load money into my paypal account to make it positive or pay the National Credit Recovery Inc. the bebt?

If I load money into my paypal balance directly, would the National Credit Recovery Inc. stop sending me emails telling me to pay them the debts?

If I pay the National Credit Recovery Inc. the debt, is there any chance that my paypal balance will remain negative and then paypal would require me to pay the debt once again?

Which option is better? Can you help me please!

Thank you!!

Hey @BenjaminN_

Welcome to the PayPal Community and thanks for your post!

Thanks for the help @kernowlass! I understand your confusion here! When the negative balance is unpaid in your PayPal account for an extended time frame, your debt will be passed to a collection company. As @kernowlass mentioned, you have to contact the recovery company to pay off the negative balance. The money will be added to your PayPal account in few days and the details of the debt clearance will be updated to you via email. For any additional assistance, feel free to reach PayPal Support team.

Best wishes,

Bindu
