Need to prove that item shipped to receive payment, we met in person.

Hey there! Yesterday on the 14th, I received payment after selling a computer component. It was off of Facebook marketplace, we met up in person and I gave it to him. I gave him a link for him to send the money, it said it was in my account. On my way home I noticed that it said it was on hold, I thought it was just for like processing. I learned that I cannot prove that he received it, and that I need to provide some sort of shipping label or tracking ID. How do I prove I gave it to him if I gave it to in person? How do I resolve this?

How can I release my payment(s) on hold?

Mark it as shipped w/o tracking number. Funds will be released after 21 days, since there’s no tracking number. If buyer doesn’t report a problem in the mean time, you’ll receive the money after the 21 days.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
