My cashin from Paypal to Gcash is missing

My cash in from Paypal to Gcash(Philippines) is missing. After countless emails and calls with Gcash, they are still communicating with the "escalation team". My dispute with Paypal was closed as Gcash says that this was refunded to Paypal but there are no refunds on my account.

Thank you for your post. 

I do understand your concern with this. It sounds like you made a transfer to your GCash account, but you have not yet received it. 

Th best thing to do would be to open a trace on the transfer to locate the funds. In order to do this, you would need to contact our Customer Support directly. This can be done by clicking here. They will be able to assist you with having this escalated.
