My account is not receiving payments

Hi,

My payment to PayPal shows "failed". They asked me to update my user agreement, which I did. They emailed me the email attached.

Kindly assist.

I see you're facing issues receiving funds through your PayPal account. You should be able to receive money using PayPal if your email , phone number are confirmed and if there are no Limitations on your account. For more information about receiving money, please refer to the Article .

If you still face issues, it would be necessary to check your account, for that I would recommend you to contact PayPal directly over phone or message center.
