Hello,
the buyer sent me money with buyer protection so the money is on hold. I have shipped the item and the buyer has received the package. I have linked the tracking number but the money is still on hold. What can I do?

It will typically be released within a few days after the tracking shows delivered.
Alternatively, if the buyer opens the transaction details on their side they'll see a link that they can click to verify they received their item(s). If they do this it will release the funds right away. Sometimes you can get them to do that, sometimes not.
Again, though, if you have tracking added to the transaction details and it shows delivered it should release within a few days.

Thank you. But when I add the shipping number, it asks me the state of the order and I cannot see anything related to 'Delivered'.
In the order status section I can only see: 'Shipped, In process, Hold, Cancelled, Returned, Processed". I chose shipped right away. Will the money arrive automatically now?
