In some cases, you might be able to help to release your held payment(s) sooner than 21 days. Check your account for more details.
After marking the transaction as “Processed” or “Completed” if shipping is not required, wait 48 hrs, then ask buyer to ‘confirm receipt’. Not all transactions have option to confirm receipt.
