Money Sent to Me and Showing but Not in Balance

Hello,

as title - I have received a sum of money totaling €300+ (in my currency) and I have received the e-mail notifying me that the payment has been made, however when visiting my dashboard, I can see the big banner with the sum of money sent to me right above my unchanged PayPal balance. I read it takes a few minutes to see it registered in your balance but at this point it has been an hour or so and it already shows up in my Recent Activity. I need to transfer this money into my Bank Account as soon as possible.

No, not really, it shows with:

[Name of the Sender] + €300

Jul 6

Money Recieved

"Causal"

 

It doesn't say anywhere that the payment is pending or on hold as far as I can tell. 😞

I do understand your concern with this. If the payment still does not show in your PayPal balance, you may need to accept the payment. This can be done in the 'Activity' section of your account. You should see the options for 'Accept' or 'Deny' beside the payment. 

 

If the payment shows as 'Completed', it would mean the payment has been successfully received into your account. Please clear your cache and cookies, and try to view your balance using an alternative browser.
