Missing PayPal balance

Good evening and thank you in advance. I sold a handbag through PoshMark at the end of December and have emails and a transaction number to show the money hit my PayPal account. I wanted to leave the money in my PayPal account as I didn’t want to spend it. Now it appears a huge chunk of this money has gone from my account and I can’t for the life of me find any other transactions other then the credit. All other debits are done through PayPal on my linked credit card. I’m having a full freak out, this is a big amount of money for me. Any advice would be so wonderful.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues with a recent balance you've received through a transaction. If there hasn't been a recent transaction funded by the PayPal balance, or the funds were not transferred out to your bank or card on your account, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. They should be able to review your Activity with you to check your balance history.
