Kazakhstan transfer problem

money was sent from another account and country to my PayPal account. But it is not visible in the account. There is a transfer receipt. country of kazakhstan what to do?

I understand that you're trying to receive funds. You can receive money when someone pays to your email address, once that happens, we’ll send you a message letting you know you have money available, and the email address should be confirmed to have the funds credited or else the payment will be in unclaimed status. If everything looks fine on the account and if you do not find the amount, please check the Resolution Center to see if there are any notifications about your account status. If not, please reach out to our customer support team through the available contact options on our website. Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
