It's been 4 days since a failed purchase, should I be worried about the refund?

I tried to subscribe to novoresume using PayPal with my associated credit card, I made 2 attempts but both were unsuccessful. Now looking at my bank account I see that the 2 charges were made, but these transactions do not appear in PayPal, I only received the PayPal notifications that the payments were rejected. When will I receive the refund? It's been 4 days, I'm worried

Hello @RodrigoVergara,
Welcome to PayPal Community Forum and thank you for posting!
I understand that the payments were declined but have been charged and expecting a refund. Please note that if there are any issues with the transactions, the funds will be reversed back to the original payment method. As the payment attempts were unsuccessful, the charges reflecting on your bank account could be temporary authorization which should be removed within 72 hours. I would suggest you wait for some more time. If the charges still reflect after a given period of time, please reach out to the bank.
Regards,
Ayesha
