Issue with Reloading Funds into PayPal Account

Hello PayPal community,

I hope you are doing well. I am facing an issue when trying to reload funds into my PayPal account. Despite having a linked bank account and credit card, I am unable to find any 'Add Funds' button in my wallet.

I have ensured that both my bank account and credit card are correctly linked to my PayPal account. However, the option to add funds is nowhere to be found.

I would greatly appreciate if someone could guide me on how to resolve this issue. Is there anything I need to do or verify to enable the fund reloading option?

Click on ''transfer'' below your balance and you should then see the add funds option.

Where can I view my balance, on the home tab or in the wallet tab?

If you can't see it when you log in then have you set up a balance account?

If you have never received funds in the past then you may not have one.

In your country the first time you receive a payment paypal gives you the option to set up a balance account to hold a balance and add funds to your account or have the funds auto-withdrawn to a bank account.

So have you done that yet?

Also do you know that you don't need funds in your balance as a buyer?
