Unable to use my paypal balance for purchase

Hi

I have paypal india account and I have balance in my account. When I am trying to use my paypal account to make purchase online it is not allowing me to use the balance and only shows credit card option

According to paypal india website I am allowed to use the balance

Thanks for the help @kernowlass!  Sorry to hear that you're not able to use your PayPal balance to fund your purchases. It looks like the option to use PayPal balance as a payment method is unavailable for your country. You can complete the purchases using the financials linked in your PayPal account.
