Is the transfer of funds from a debit card instantaneous?  If not, what is the timeframe?

Are you using PayPal Cash debit card to add money at a retailer? It says on the infographics here that money would be received “usually within minutes”. If it is taking longer, call the number on back of PayPal card for assistance.
