Incorrect balance upload

Hello
My problem is that I tried to send money ($50) to my balance via another bank account. But the money did not show up in my PayPal account. I was given an account number to send the money to, but I am not sure if I did everything right. Can anyone help me how I can get my money back?

I am sorry to know that the funds haven't been credited to your PayPal balance. I know how important it is to have funds at the right time. Please be informed that adding money from your bank account to your PayPal balance usually takes up to 5 business days (Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays aren’t considered business days). You can only transfer money from your linked bank account to your PayPal balance. The money will be removed from your bank account and the transaction is processed and verified before being released to PayPal. 
 

If you have tried to add funds using a different bank that is not linked to a PayPal account or if the bank account is not in your name then there would discrepancy and you will have to reach out to that financial institution for further assistance. If the transfer was processed from your own linked bank account and it's been more than 5 days, you can reach out to our customer support team through the available contact options on our website so that our advisors can help you accordingly.  Support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages.
