That service is not available to business accounts.
Applies to personal accounts with a Balance Account linked. To set up a Balance account, accept a payment with personal account and select “Keep it in PayPal” option to verify the following personal info (name, address, SSN, DOB). Then access the “Cash a check” feature by logging in with your personal account through the PayPal app.
