I have sufficient Paypal Balance
In Paypal Settings, I've already set "Your preferred way to pay" to "Paypal Balance":
During Typora checkout, it state pay with my credit card:
If I click "Complete Purchase", will it use my Paypal Balance instead of Credit Card?

Funds in your balance have to be in the correct currency the seller accepts, paypal do not convert from your balance during payment unlike when you fund the payment via a bank or card and they do convert.
Advice is voluntary.

Hi thx for replying. I've changed to USD as my default currency but still problem. BTW, the total amount I want to pay is USD15.89. Could it be because I have to retain certain minimum balance amount? In this case, 17.24-15.89=1.35. Maybe 1.35 is too low?

After a few retry, the UI during checkout slightly different. This time, I can navigate to change payment method but second option is disabled.

Your PayPal balance is always used as the default payment method for any automatic payments. If you do not have enough funds in your PayPal balance, we use your back up payment method linked in your PayPal account. Please try clearing cache/cookies and also try using a different browser or device to complete the purchase.

Hi @PayPal_Bindu , I notice if I want to simply transfer (Typora gave me their paypal email for me to transfer manually), there's no option to select Paypal Balance.

In the resolution center, you’ll see another link that will inform you of the reason your account access is limited, like if PayPal has placed a restriction on the amount you can send or receive for any reason.
But I tried to follow that article instruction. In "Resolution Center" segment, I cant find like what stated in the article

As per the screenshot, you got the options to add or withdraw money from your PayPal account. To send money, you just need the recipient's email address. To send money from your computer, please follow the steps listed here.
Also, as per the notification in the screenshot, you need to confirm your identity before you send or spend in your PayPal account. Please login to your account using desktop or laptop and review the resolution center or the notification tab to complete the process of confirming your identity. If the issue persists, you can reach our support team by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for additional assistance.
