Receipt Generated from Donation to our 501c(3)

I am receiving donations to my charity. Donors who have a Paypal account are receiving automatic replies. One donor has not received a reply and I think it is because she does not have a Paypal account. Am I correct and is this fixable? I see her email is in the Paypal transaction log, but she didn't receive an email. Please advise

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post!

 

I do understand your concern with this. Email confirmations are sent regardless if the customer has a PayPal account or not. 

 

The email sent from PayPal is automated, and includes the transaction details. There could be a few reasons that your customer did not received an email. It could be that their email inbox filters their incoming messages. If this is the case, I would advise them to check their spam/junk folders. 

 

It could also be possible that your customer was effected by a technical issue resulting in the email not being received. 

 

If this continues to happen to this customer, please advise them to contact our Customer Support directly.
