I was charged twice for one purchase, and from two of my different bank cards. I indicated one of my cards when paying, the money was debited, but to my surprise, money was also debited on the second card. I cancel the payment, look at the status, there is a transaction on paypal, but only one, and it shows that it was made on the second card, although I indicated the first card. As a result, paypal took $166 mythically from me and there is not even any information about them. What should I do?

Hello @Amazonkzseller,

Welcome to our community help forum and thank you for your post!

Sorry to hear about the billing issue with your purchase. If you have already canceled the transaction, any payments debited towards the purchase will be refunded back to your card. It usually takes 5-7 working days, but it may take up to 30 days for the money to show on your funding source depending on your card issuer. If the payment shows completed and the debit is seen in both cards, please report this billing error in our resolution center. You can find the steps for reporting the transaction here. I would also recommend you to contact your both card issuers to check the status of the debits before filing a dispute.

I hope this information helps,

Bindu
