Hello, @HenrikWarm. Thanks for following up on your previous post with more information. When money is transferred out of a PayPal account, it is converted to the currency reflected on a card, or it's converted to the local currency when sent to a bank checking or savings account.
When a card is linked to a PayPal account, it's automatically denominated in the currency that the card issuer communicates to us. If a card is denominated in DKK, all transfers to that card will be in DKK. If you have Euros or other currencies in your balance, those funds will be converted to DKK when sent to a card denominated in DKK.
When a bank account is linked to a PayPal account, all withdrawals are converted to the local currency and it's not possible for PayPal to change that. However, it may be possible to change the denomination on a card to EUR, so any transfers through that card would not be converted to DKK. Please note, if a card denomination is changed, that will apply to purchases as well as withdrawals.
To submit a request to PayPal to change the currency on a card, please log on to your PayPal account, click Contact at the bottom of any page and then select the topic that best fits your concern to see options to communicate securely with Customer Service. You may also send a Private Message via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/paypal) or you may send a Twitter Direct Message to @AskPayPal.
I hope this is helpful. Thanks for being a part of the PayPal Community!
Sincerely,
Michael
