I sent money but they never received it on their end, how can I get my money back?

Hard to advise if you don't say how you sent the funds ie which paypal option was used.

OR what it says on the transaction on your paypal account ie sent, payment, unclaimed etc.

OR how you funded the paypal payment.

Answer all 3 of these and I can advise and will post back.

I understand your concern about the sent payment. Please note that you can cancel a payment only if it shows as unclaimed or pending with the cancel button. If your payment is complete, please contact the recipient of the payment to request a refund. If they do not respond or refuse to do so you can open a dispute in your Resolution Center.
