I received money transfer then I claimed it but not showing in my balance

I received money transfer to my PayPal account, then I got a message saying that I need to claim it. I did it and claimed the money but it is not appearing in my PayPal balance. Does that mean that it has been transferred to my linked card directly or it is still processing?

However be careful, only sellers send money transfers OR do you mean they just sent you funds using goods/services?
