I am trying transfer my money from PayPal to my visa card, but i receive an error message saying "Sorry, but we need more information. Please contact Customer Service for assistance."
I have tried contacting twitter support and he said that it's only security issues, when Paypal detect unusual activity in your account and to protect your funds..
What might be the problem?
I have transfered money to my card before and working normaly
As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise. Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
