I'm not able to get automatic transfers because of negative balance fee

Hey, i'm not able to get automatic transfers (of $540+) done for over a month because of a negative balance of Rs 295 INR. Can anyone help me with this. The customer care ain't helping either

I'm sorry you're having trouble transferring your balance. If you have a negative balance in one currency, your automatic transfer will not go through. You'll need to resolve the negative balance first. You may be able to do this by to converting enough currency to cover the negative INR balance. After the negative balance is resolved, your automatic transfers will resume.
