I have tried this in the chat site that appears when one clicks on "Message". There, I had to keep clicking on "none of these" repeatedly. Then a PayPal agent was called up by the chat site. I explained the problem. The response was that "we will respond by e-mail" (or words to that effect). But nothing has happened. I need to communicate with a live flesh and blood person because the options that the chatbot provides do not apple.

The matter has been resolved. PayPal responded after quite some time. The said payment was clubbed by PayPal to another larger payment and transferred automatically to my bank account.

Yes. Subsequent automatic transfers have been successfully made. Only one transfer has not been made.
