I have tried this in the chat site that appears when one clicks on "Message". There, I had to keep clicking on "none of these" repeatedly. Then a PayPal agent was called up by the chat site. I explained the problem. The response was that "we will respond by e-mail" (or words to that effect). But nothing has happened. I need to communicate with a live flesh and blood person because the options that the chatbot provides do not apple.
