I have paypal balance 550€, but I can not make a ebay purchase of 450€?

I have a paypal balance of 550€ and tried to buy something in value of 450 on ebay and it got rejected. 
What is the point of having funds on paypal if I cant use it?

Do I have to click something or how can this be resolved?

Any help is very appreciated!

I was stupid and tried to pay through the card instead of paypal balance. Problem solved.
