I cannot transfer money from my PayPal account to my Visa

I cannot transfer money from my PayPal account to my Visa. When I click transferring money, then choose the visa that I want to withdraw the amount on and press Next, a page appears for me with the amount available for transfer, but when I click on Next to complete the transfer, the button does not respond and is not pressed. I tried from more than one browser, but the same button does not transfer me and I try to press more One time on the Next button to complete the transfer, but nothing happens. Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible

Yes i withdrawing to my visa credit card i always transfer my money to this visa and This is the first time this problem happened to me
