I can't transfer money to a Private Bank card.

I can't transfer money to a Private Bank card. 

Recieved a message:

Right now, we're not able to transfer the money to your bank 

Than email:

We're sorry but we were unable to approve your request to transfer 60,00 $ USD to your card.  You will see the funds and any fees reflected back in your PayPal balance.

If your card has not been updated in a while, please update your card information and try again. Or, you may also select a different account to transfer your funds to.

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while transferring funds to your financials. I know how important it is to have funds at the right time. Please be informed that our security program considers a variety of factors at each transaction/activity to keep you safe. Any activity can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for your account in the future. All the transactions processed through PayPal are subjected to reviews, if there are any issues with the transaction, the funds will be reversed back to the PayPal balance. As per the error message that you have shared, it seems like your card details should be updated. It is possible that the card details could have been expired. If the card information is correct and up to date, please try again at a later time to see if that works or you may try transferring the funds to different funding sources.

It was just that the card was overdue. I changed it to a new one and everything worked out.
