I can't send money to my card

I can't send money to my card? I used the card to top up my account. But now I can't withdraw my money to my card. Why? I have done everything that is written in the instructions. Nothing helped. Paypal simply does not allow you to make a payment. I wanted to open a bank account, it does not allow me to link only a bank account in the USA. You must specify the Routing Number (9 digits) and Account Number (3-17 digits). But my bank has a different number of digits in the bank account. How do I add my bank account?

Did you confirm the card after adding it?

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are the funds in the correct currency to withdraw?

Do you have the option of card withdrawal and if so which card type?

Lastly you don't have the option to withdraw to a bank account in every country but you should have the card option.

However you can in most countries add a U.S bank account to your paypal account. This is because paypal is a U.S company.
But that is for folks that have opened one in the U.S and are working internationally, you can't add a digital / virtual U.S bank account OR a USD currency account.
