I am unable to withdraw my "Available" balance for no reason.

Hi Everyone,

I am using PayPal since the beginning of this year to recieve small payments for my startup and everything was working fine and I usually withdraw the amounts I get as soon as I recieve them, PayPal always takes the fees and it's all normal until 4 days ago, last time I withdraw and it was the highest amount I withdrew it was 1500 USD around a month ago, It arrived instantly to my credit card as usually and as I mentioned it's all been fine as usually, but 4 days ago when I recieved 5,000 USD in one payment from a customer who did transfer to me before several times and he's the same person who transferred the 1500 USD. When I recieved them I tried to withdraw them as usually and I just got an error, a first time error to get and there was literally nothing suspicious to get an error like that since I am using the same devices, My desktop or my mobile. nothing changed at all.. The error is: "Please contact Customer Service for assistance." So I just contacted them after I tried to transfer my balance to any card from my debit/credit cards and they all failed, the customer service told me that this is normal because it's a high amount, wait for a while and the withdraw will work, I waited for few hours and I tried again it failed, then I reached out to customer service and she just told me that I did a mistake of trying to "withdraw my own money" several times like I shouldn't even try. So she sent me an OTP and asked me to give it to her and after I gave it to her she asked me to withdraw 1500. I tried and it worked but with the "transfer may be delayed notice", she asked me to not make any tries again and wait for 24h and I will be able to withdraw the rest. after around 10 hours I was very stressed and confused because this money is a business money and I have to withdraw it to be able to assist the customer, to be able to give him the service he paid for I need at least 3k from the 5k! So.. Yes, the transfer failed and gave me another error message "we couldn't confirm it's you", like it's who? It's still me the same person and the same device and even the customer service called me and verified that it's me. So it went like this for 24h until they decided to reply me back putting the blame on me for trying and asking me to wait for another 24h, because 48h passing from the original transaction date means I'll be able to fully withdraw the entire amount, freely. but that wasn't the truth because after the 48h and until now it's over 72h, I am still not able to withdraw the rest, and even the first 1500 are still didnt arrive to my bank account, they're completed on PayPal but at the bank it might still needs time because it's week end and it's alight for the 1500, but what about the rest? I am still unable to withdraw them and the Customer Service team are ignoring me, they just ask me to wait and try again later. later when? they dont say, they just ignore me and I am stuck with the "Please contact Customer Service for assistance", but how when the customer service team themselves aren't helping me or assisting me? how come PayPal does this? if there was anything suspicious or unusual, I would find it a protection and it would be okay, but as I mentioned the entire case, it's just like they're keeping it for a while and for no reason and even ignoring me and I am just sitting here unable to do my business because of them and I don't really know what to do.

I am really sorry if I've explained too much, I just can't imagine getting my startup damaged because of something like that, and from the payment processor, the service I trust to grow my business is just killing my business.. because of a small amount like that. It's even worse to hear the Customer Service representative telling me wrong information saying that this is the limit of my debit card. 1500 while it's 4k a day and I even reached out my bank t o make sure it's not the limit, because I do know it's 4k not 1500, how come a big name like PayPal is doing this to a small business customer like me? I can't even sleep from my worries reading on other forums how PayPal hold money for no reason and how this terminated many small businesses and some even got their money after months, while they did nothing as they mention, I just can't explain how bad it feels.

Sorry again for my long story, I would really appreciate any word from anyone here who could explain to me in a logical way how this is happening and how can I fix it before it's too late? I am supposed to have the entire amount tomorrow or maximumly after tomorrow or I'll be in troubles with my client. what should I do? if there's any advices I would be really appreciating that.

Thanks in Advance,
Yasser
