I am not a seller, I didn’t receive a deposit. PayPal Info from their side is correct

I should have received a payment from a trusted institution, supposedly it was deposit in March 29th. I have the transaction statement from their bank with my correct PayPal information. My money is not on my account at all (not pending or blocked) what can I do? My money is lost 😞 I am sure they have sent it to me.

Normally, you just need to have a confirmed email address to receive a payment through PayPal. However, depending on your country, there may be additional steps that need to be taken.
