How many fees , what % will I pay ?

Selling a saddle from Canada to the US. Will I be charged the normal 2.90% rate and then a 4% (if i have these numbers correct) currency conversion fee on top of that !? Please tell me what the TOTAL fee percentage will be. If it ends up being 7% I will have to change my pricing to accommodate that .
