How do I get refunded

My transaction was cancelled by the merchant however the transaction is still pending for 2-3 weeks on PayPal . How do I get it refunded back to my account

Some refunds can take up to 1 month or even longer, if there’s no refund next week you need to contact the merchant.

If transaction is pending as seller didn't claim the funds then it's not a refund.

If still pending on your PayPal account then it should time out 30 days post payment and go back to your funding source.
