How do I change the bank account they're using to refund?

Paypal automatically tried to refund someone using my old bank account that isn't my primary and the transaction got rejected but says it'll attempt to draw again, how do I change the bank accouny they use to refund? I already had my primary bank account changned at the time I tried to refund and it still tried to use my old one!

Wait until the attempts to debit the refund money is exhausted, rendering the refund status as failed/canceled in the original transaction. If I recall correctly, the buyer can’t file a dispute on the original transaction because an refund was technically issued albeit failed. **Double check this with the buyer or PayPal customer services before taking the next advice below!
Then send a friends and family payment as a refund to the buyer with your valid bank acct. You can find their PayPal email address in the original transaction.
