How can I transfer my money

How can I transfer the money I have received on my bank account that is not an US bank account. Or I should just link a card if I do not have a US bank account? Can I put EU bank account?

How to transfer money to your card

1. Click Transfer money under "PayPal balance" on the left of the page.
2. Click Transfer to your bank, and click Next.
3. Enter the amount you want to transfer and click Next.
4. Review the details of your transfer, then click Transfer $XX Now.
5. To return to your Wallet page, click Done.
