How can I get a check sent via mail for balance?

How can I get a check sent via mail for balance, paypal seems to be refusing to send me my own money (all the way from the Phillipines)?  I do not want to link my bank account, and rightfully so.....Paypal had a major breach of info 2017.  I have spent over an hour on their customer support and so far on hold with my 3rd transfer to another person at a phillipino call center reading me a script and not addressing the problem.  I also feel this is fraudulent.  They seem to be doing this on purpose as I have seen many posts about this problem. They just don't want to give people their own money?  I want to get my balance and never use Paypal.  Shame on Paypal.

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.....however that is sometimes impossible if another country is involved.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.
