To cancel eBay from your personal PayPal account, you need to do the following steps:

1. Log in to your PayPal account: Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account using your email address and password.

2. Go to the "Settings" menu: Once you're logged in, click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the page to access the "Settings" menu.

3. Click on "Payments": From the "Settings" menu, click on the "Payments" option.
