Hi, My all incoming payments are denied. However its paid from client end. Anybody knows what to do? Also, I have not received any notification from Paypal.

Payment is coming from US and I received 2 more payments before

If you've received payments previously, and have no outstanding issues on your account, it may be an issue on the sender's side. I have contacted PayPal support and they say that my account has no issues accepting payments and it's an issue from the sender's side. The sender is Rev.com who sends me payments on a weekly basis and I've never had this problem before, only this time and they never fail to deliver payments to anyone ever. On contacting Rev, they say that it says "Payment Denied" from their side. They have provided me with transaction ID and invoice.

Hi @Aniket9, thanks for following up with us. It sounds like the merchant uses mass payments, or payments sent in batches, to pay you. These payments can be denied on occasion for a number of reasons. If you're in contact with Rev.com, you can have them send the transaction again. I'm sorry we aren't able to provide more in-depth assistance through a social channel, but I do hope their next payment is successful. -
