Frequent Incoming Payment holds after 300 dollars

After every 300 dollars in sales a month, PayPal begins to hold all payments that come after despite my monthly income limit at 5000 dollars. How can I resolve this. Ps. I always update all orders after they are processed.

Welcome! Thanks for joining the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear recent payments have been placed on hold. There are a few different kinds of holds that may be placed for a few different reasons. With that in mind, there are different ways that you may potentially have the holds removed from your account, most of which include consistent and steady sales activity on your PayPal account. You may also have the option to request an increase every 30 days after clicking "Let's fix it" under your PayPal balance in your account depending on the type of hold that's been placed on your account.

Now that's not even the issue.  My account has been limited for 6 months because of  a dispute.

Welcome back and thank you for clarifying your issue. If an account limitation has been placed, you should normally see steps to resolve the limitation in your Resolution Center. If your account has been permanently limited, normally that means PayPal has decided to part ways and no longer allow activity on your account. When a permanent limitation has been placed, you should receive a notification after 180 days (6 months) regarding how to transfer any funds remaining in your account. 

 

If you've just been seeing payment holds or reserves over the past 6 months because of a dispute, and it's not due to a specific account limitation that's been placed, you may find some useful information here:

Why is my money being held in reserve?
