Accept/claim incoming payments

I have been sent money by 4 people for the same amount. How do I accept/claim these incoming payments? I received emails but cannot see where to do this in my PayPal account.  Is there an area to claim these funds and add to my account balance?

Is the email address that they are sending the funds to the exact same one you have linked and confirmed on your Paypal account?

Secondly if you have had emails then the funds should show, sure its not a scam with spoof emails?

Are the funds being sent in your currency or another countries?
