Hi, A transfer cant be received because i have reached the paypal limit. WHat should i do? Thanks

i've contacted the sender, they confirmed the fund had been processed successfully.  I checked with Paypal service, they just told me to upgrade my paypal account to a business account but did not tell me what will happen to the fund which had been transferred but never reach me.  Has anyone encountered this?

The money is held in a reserve account until you do the tasks to lift limits. If it doesn’t appear after doing so, give PayPal customer service the transaction ID number of the payment so they can pull it up.
