Having more than $5000 in available funds but unable to do any withdrawal regardless of amount

Hi I received an amount of about SGD $12k and I understand that the max we can have in our PayPal balance is $5000. I tried withdrawing the full sum out but it keeps appearing there is problem, visit help centre. I called the customer service and they said give them 24 hours to investigate. Any one experience the same issue and how to resolve it? Buyer had already spoken to PayPal officer and authorized the released of the funds. Now under available funds but I can’t withdraw 😞

I am sorry to know that you're unable to withdraw funds. Sometimes, our system automatically detects and stops certain actions than the usual transaction and this is a part of account security. I request you to try again later after a specified period of time. Also check if you have received any notification about the account status and fulfil the required information.
