Have received refund from Paypal but my disputed order has now arrived

I ordered an item but did not receive any shipping details. I contacted the seller but no response. I contacted Paypal yesterday and filled in the online questions as i thought it might be a possible scam. I was granted full refund into my Paypal account.

The ordered item arrived today. I now need to pay for it.

Open the original PayPal transaction to get seller contact information on how to repay or seller’s PayPal email address. Then send them a payment and reference the order number/item description that re-payment is for.
