Google play declining my PayPal account even though I have enough funds

I'm trying to use Google play to pay for something in game and it says that my PayPal was declined even though I have plenty in my PayPal account. I deleted it off my Google play and put it back on and it still declines.

I certainly understand how concerning this can be for you. Each time you initiate a transaction with PayPal, our system runs through a series of filters to locate any possible risk and if you don’t verify your account, this may trigger our system to temporarily block the transactions. Have you verified your PayPal account? If not, please verify your account and then initiate the transactions.

I have been verified for years and even have the card. It's acting like PayPal doesn't recognise Google play. I got around it by just simply using my PayPal card number. Your answer didn't help at all.

ME AS WELL. I'M SICK OF IT! EVERYTHING IS REGISTERED. MY NAME, ADDRESS, EVERYTHING ON MY GREEN DOT CARD IS THE SAME FOR PAYPAL. I EVEN PUT A SCREEN LOCK ON MY PHONE! IT WORKED FOR THE FIRST FEW TIMES ON MY GAMING APPS, THEN DENY DENY! I HAVE PLENTY OF MONEY!

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues using PayPal on Google Play. If you're using a prepaid card on PayPal as your main funding source for a billing agreement on Google Play, I'd recommend trying another funding source such as a debit card from a non-online bank, credit card, or bank account.
