Friend didn't receive money after I was paying him

Hello I was giving a friend 10$ since he gave me money before and when I sent the money my friend didn't get it even after double checking his name and email

I'm sorry to hear your friend didn't get the money you sent. Can you see the transaction completed on your end? If it is, there must be an issue with your friend's account. In that case, I recommend you to ask him to reach out to our Customer Care and the agents will help him. If you can't see the transaction on the activity of your PayPal account, it means it didn't go through, so you would need to make the payment again.
