Failure of acceptance of card for payment against invoice
After successful linking one Visa Credit Card after many failed attempts of other cards, succeeded Test Transfer of US1$ from India to the US merchant using his e-mail account. But payment of invoice of higher amount US$4250 by clicking the invoice is not going through. It says “This card can’t be used for this transaction”. Bank has confirmed that everything fine at the bank side and also my card is fit enough for transactions. Please help.

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues while making a payment via invoice. Generally, to provide a safer online payment network, every action through PayPal is reviewed before it's approved. Occasionally, action won't go through due to the various precautions we take to improve transaction safety. From the reading of the error message that you've shared, it seems like the merchant doesn't accept the type of card that you're using to make a payment or our system is not allowing this particular card to fund this payment. In this case, you may try to make the payment different payment method or contact the merchant for other alternative options.
